The Process
In order for us to produce the photographs you see in my portfolio, we will journey through each step of the process.
Discovery Call
We will dive deep into our discovery call so that I can get to the core of who you are, why this session is so important to you, and make sure we’re a good fit.
Creative Fee
In order to lock in the dates, we select during your discovery call, a non-refundable creative fee of 2100 will be invoiced so that I can begin the planning process. This will include the art consultation, your family session, and the ordering session. It also allows me to edit your photographs and design your custom art.
Art Consultation
Our hour-long art consultation over zoom is where I’ll get to know you even more and begin to turn your ideas into reality. For our consultation, I will design and share your personalized vision board, guide you through wardrobe creation (if you’ve chosen to hire my stylist, she will be working with us on getting you the perfect looks), location scout, and present you with our plan.
Session
Your session takes place in up to two locations in Jackson Hole. I guide your family through posing (although, we do so little posing) and feeling your most confident.
Edit & Design Process
Two weeks after your session, the design process begins. This is where I will find curated ways of expressing your photographs. I will edit your photographs, design custom gallery walls, design albums, etc.
Ordering Session
About 4 weeks after your session takes place, we will schedule your zoom reveal and ordering session. During this session, I will guide you through the art that I have created uniquely for you. All art will be purchased during this time. On average, most clients are investing 7700 + on finished art.
Art Delivery & Installation
About 6 to 12 weeks after your session, all art will be delivered. If you’ve purchased wall art, a insured art installer will hang your finished pieces.
